Pasture-Raised Lamb

Our lambs are pasture-raised from start to finish - supplemented with feed and mineral for optimal health

No antibiotics, no growth hormones, no animal by-products.

Orders will only be accepted for whole lambs - individual cuts will be available late spring/summer

Pricing will be based on DRESSED HANGING WEIGHT at the time of processing  

Amount to Reserve Approximate DRESSED Weight Price Per Pound
Whole 40 lbs $8.00/lb

You are also responsible for the processing fees payable to the processing facility on top of the above pricing which for standard cuts processing is $100 (note the price increase!)
The butchered lamb is vacuum packed

This year we will be doing this a little differently.  You will have the choice of Bone-In or Bone-Out Roasts the rest will be done in the standard cuts.
