What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported
Agriculture. You are buying a
“share” or “membership” into our farm.
In return you will be receiving a selection of our meats every other
week through the season.
Benefits for you?

· Try different cuts of meat with new recipes provided by us in our
exclusive members newsletter
· Less storage space than buying 1/4 or 1/2 a steer
· 10% off any extra beef or pork you pick up at the same time of your CSA
pick up
· Early ordering of holiday turkeys and hams
What happens if you cannot pick up your meat? Either let us know at least a week ahead of time by the online form ONLY - new for 2012 (phone calls, emails, and telling us in person will not count) and you will get it on your next pick up date or have a friend pick it up for you. If you do not make arrangements or let us know, your share will be forfeit for that week.

When
you order your share of our Meat CSA you will get a wonderful selection of
meat from our Black Angus Steers and our Pasture Raised Pork.

Your Meat will be frozen when picked up. Your share will contain a
mixture of various meats. Due to the nature of buying a
"share" of an animal, you will not be able to exchange any of meat
that is included in your share.

To get started, you will need to put down a $10 non-refundable deposit for each 2 month pick up you would like. FEEL FREE TO ORDER MORE THAN 1 SHARE! At the first pick up, you will pay the final balance by either check or credit card. If you do not show up for the first pick up, you will forfeit your deposit.
