We raise our chickens out on pasture in "chicken tractors" which are portable pens. For meat, we raise a variety called Cornish X. We use this type of bird because of the limited pasture season. They are ready to butcher within 8 weeks of being born!

Each week from May-October we will process a limited number so make sure to come early for best selection (sorry we will not reserve chickens for you).

Whole FRESH Chicken - $3.99/pound (average 3-5lbs)
Chicken Feet - $4.99/pound
Fresh Chicken Liver - $4.99/pound
Fresh Chicken Hearts - $4.99/pound

Later in the season, we will post the information about the FRESH THANKSGIVING TURKEYS we will have available.
